It seems to me that you are a good kid, but sometimes you make some odd questions... no offense, just a thought...
-
Why is that odd?
What, pray tell, exactly is a "flat" bicep?
I don't understand your question...
-
Which one?
"What, pray tell, exactly is a "flat" bicep?"
-
What's a "flat" bicep?
What does it mean when someone refers to a bicep as being "flat"?
Ok, now I understand. But the shadow should go for the word "flat", it a bicep with no peack at all! Like the biceps of Ed Van Amsterdam, his biggest flaw!

This guy? http://www.edvanamsterdam.nl/
I can't find any double-bi pics...you got any? For an illustration.
Yes...
Here is perfectly visible! ;)

people are usually flat when they dont carb up.
levrone by no means had flat biceps. he had some of the most amazing arms in history genetic wise. His insertation points were so damn low that he can't completly flex his arms. Sergio is another person with the same type of bicep insertations.
-
i know i look flat when i dont have the carbs in me. Like there can be no difference in training but if day 1 im full of carbs i look pumped. I can carb deplete and by day 4 i look flat. its hard to explain. I guess you not ass full or as pumped.
-
This is where it gets annoying.
"rccs" says "flat" means no peak at all...based on shape of the bicep.
However, "big_mal" and "affy" say "flat" means carb depleted.
Which is it?
Take this description as an example

"Yeah i have the flat bicep thing too, i think the peak is most definetly genetic, but hey, no one is born with PERFECT genetics, everyone has their flaws, you just gotta do your best with what you were given, that's what Kevin did"

well i was talking in general. Just the state of being flat. Not specifically the bicep. I was talkin about flat as in "you look flat"
-
I have heard it said that Levrone had flat biceps. In 1991 it may have been true. By his pro debut in 1992, his peak came way up. I was a teenager in 1994 when I met him and his peak was crazy at that point(in person at least)

sergio oliva had what most would consider flat biceps:
