Arnold Jr started a post asking how much you guys spend a year on AAS. Well I'm curious as to how much we all spend on "natural supplements" (protein powders, creatine, etc). I know that I spend alot of money in GNC on the 1st of every month- usually around $150- 175 on protein powder and creatine only. Sometimes I spend more.
Also- what are your favorite brands of protein powder and creatine?
I personally use -
"On" protein powder but switch to "Muscletech" every once in awhile to keep from getting burnt out on the taste.
"Muscletech" creatine.
"NxCare" anavol- creatine volumizer.
I also consume protein bars and "slimfast" bars during the day.
It's pretty expensive to eat right and take in insane amounts of protein- and that's not including AAS.

this is getting gay.

You should learn to buy your protein off the internet. Trueprotein is 100x better and cheaper.
-
Around $100 every 2-3 months. During a diet it will go up a little but not much.
Drop the GNC and start ordering online...far, far cheaper.
-
GNC is only good for discounted stuff. otherwise the markup is way too high
-
Try spending your money on solid healthy meals with plenty of protein.
With that amount of money I can eat a couple a times a month sushi and still have money left to buy some extra protein and creatine.
Or what about shrimps or other kind of exotic fish.

I dont spend all that much maybe 50-100 tops, but I manage a store so I get alot of freebees. I spend much more on food.
-
30 bucks a month probably

Their 100% Whey powder is awesome. Although, I do hear your argument on mark-ups on alot of products.
Personally I use the GNC brand whey and make my own MRPs using oats, peanut butter, and fiber-one cereal

Agreed. It may sound crazy but try eBay also.

Weldr911- No wonder you spend way too much money, you shop at GNC. I havn't left the house to buy any sups with the internet pricing. DPS and Supplement warehouse are sweet.

Oh, and it's not expensive to eat right. It's expensive to eat shitty, fast food all the time. Chicken, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, veggies, tuna, oats, yadda yadda don't cost shit.

My first year of lifting I was spending almost $700 a month on supplements and another $400 on food. Now it's about $200 on supplements and $300 on food.
