I dont think the enzymes in the pak are much.  I use and really like enzymedica brand Digest. Eight oz. of egg whites seems like a lot at once try reducing the egg and upp the pwder alittle.  If that does not work try a different powder.  If you still have problems try elimnating the powder all together.  If your problem persists I would go see a Gastro-intestinal specialist.  One last thing if you just suddenly added the eggs and the powder the suddeness of a bunch of extra protein being introduced can cause this.  Good luck!

you might try to add something with substance to your shakes. Oatmeal, etc. Even a little bit fixed this problem for me.

Aren't eggwhites a bit expensive to drink?  Use them for breakfast then powder the rest of the day.

You may be sick if you are taking this combo on an empty stomach...

I'd suggest taking some kind of gut bacteria supplements. Anyone know what that's called? Whenever you stay with a certain diet for x amount of time your stomachs natural bacteria adapts to deal with it. If you have a drastic change from the norm like tuesday taco night or go from eating clean to porking your face off on holidays, you'll get problems like what's presented here. If you don't feel like buying more shit, I'd say just suck it up and blow ass until your system gets used to the meals.

Acidophilus.  I swear by it.
