If we followed Jesus Christ's example and followed the 10 Commandments, and gave ourselves to the Lord. How boring would it be that there was no strife between nations, brothers, sisters, or neighbors? Would life truly have meaning, if there was no balance between good and evil, right and wrong, or an imbalance between those. Good cannot not exist without evil, and vice versa.

Never looked at it that way...
imo, at the level you and I are at, yea. It'd be hella boring.
But if you were to reach His level, it'd be fine.
For example. When you were a kid, eating candy all day was super fun and exciting. Now as an adult, you've reached a higher level and candy is not as stimulating anymore because you understand there are better things that come from not eating candy all day (good health).
I think people try and go about it backwards. They (I did this too) try to follow all the commandments before they are ready for it. Then it backfires and they burn out.
Now, I do what the f**k I want (legal). Once I've grown beyond a certian thing, I just stop doing it. Like, I used to play video games all freaken day. I knew it was a vice I abused (it got in the way of family/friends/life), but could not stop. If I forced myself to stop before I was ready, I'd just start up again in a month -- doing it more than ever before. Once I was over it internally, I just kinda stopped naturally.
