familiar sight...I actually dropped a bar on my chest doing close grip bench press for tris few years ago..sort of like a dude in this video...it was about 200lb, olympic bar...in the spilt second it was falling I had an image in my head of me in the ribcage cast in the hospital...Luckily nothing happened...was sore for few days but I didnt even get a bruse. Prolly pulled my pecs in in a reflex so there was no contact with the rib cage.
