he claims in the article that it's for energy, chocolate and sweets are his primary energy source according to him. The dude is in awsome shape for eating like this, either he's got an incredible metabolism or something "funky" is going on with his supplement program...if ya know what I mean.

Well if you read the tiny article that goes with this diet plan it says that he inly sometimes has to eat chocolate at that time because his 6 hours training a day is so fatiguing he needs sugar all the time just to carry on.

Yes! He doens't limit himself to lifting. He does lots of aerobics, like running, suwiming and some boxing. This guy is really in shape and he is my favourite athlete. Looks like a bber, but is a strongman, awsome physical functionality!

Actually I heard that Muscletech is coming out with their own chocolate that is 17500% more anabolic than regular chocolate. I believe it will be called CocoaTech.

Mariusz does not train for six hours every day. this is bullshit. If he did his central nervous system would be fucked.

Unless he cycled his training like many Bulgarian lifters do. Lift 6 times a day for 30-40min each, and then back off and only workout every couple of days to allow for super compensation.
But every day for 6 hours a day straight, not only next to impossible unless he takes 20min rest periods (doubtful since he's obviously in great aerobic shape), and does 25+ sets per workout.

Diet means nothing, you have to compare your diet with the amount of calories you burn. You have bum's who get fat on a 2500 calorie diet, on the other hand you have guys who lose weight consuming 4000 calories.

Chocalate is high in oxalic acid which interferes with Calcium, Magnesium and Iron absorbtion (all 3 are needed for ATP production).
He he deep sixed the chocolate and bacon and replaced each with orange juice (potassium) and salmon fillets respectively, I would think that he'd feel better

looks like a true adonis "get ripped" diet.
