oh i do "bigj" but i've been laid up and i haven't lifted for awhile, those are my lifts in 2004 when i was 240lbs., i'm only 200 right now and i'm not lifting but i can still do 4 plates on the Rolling Thunder and 300lb. presses behind the neck too. ;)

it's a one arm deadlift handle that is thick and revolves and it's attached to a pin with weights, i did the lift at a bb'ing show while wearing my 3xl football jersey that accentuated my huge 11 inch forearms and all the fitness women around me were looking on in awe. ::)

squat: 700
dead 700
db curls: 300
shoulder presses 365
In case you are wondering why I limit myself to 700 well.. that is my triset! 8)

Bench: 275 for 5 reps
Deadlift, I don't go heavy, sets of 12 with 275
Squat, the old knee can't even squat my bodyweight anymore.
Curls, I do sets of 10 with DB's using the 50's. I know very weak.
But fellas, please post your max lifts when you are my age.
The fella I respect most in my gym is 74 and benches 185 for sets of 6.

DL: 1300 x 10
SQ: 1200 x 12
DbCrl: 160s x 8
MP: 600 x 8
Competitive Weight while above lifts were made: 165lbs @ 7% bf
Current Bodyweight: 265lbs @ 2% bf
All lifts were raw and unassisted.
Never used any bb chemicals.
Never owned any type of camera.
Have no friends or family that have owned cameras.
Accomplished all feats 10 years ago.
Currently all muscles and joints are fully torn or damaged and I'm in a wheelchair, but I still put up half the total poundages above for 1.5 times the reps.
Annual Income: $100 million
Education: PhD's in all sciences, mathematics and business
Career: NASA and CIA consultant
Hobbies: Professional MMArtist, hold advanced belts in all forms of martial arts, WSM competitor (before show was aired on tv....all footage of my participation was permanently lost), original Tough-man competitor prior to Mr. T, former pro and olympic wrestler and soon to be professional bb. (Again, all footage of my participation in events was conveniently lost in a massive fire).

But all of us hardcore trainers know that we have good and bad training days!
And, some of those good days when we break PR's fall on days when we weren't competing in a lifting meet, there are no witnesses, and we couldn't capture breaking our PR on film/video. You know...those days when you wish the workout would NEVER end...and every attempt is a success (sigh)!
Sadly, other than just the personal satisfaction of knowing you broke one of your PR's, you have no proof and can't claim anything! :-\
