Hey guys.
I am here in Europe covering several bodybuilders.
Yesterday I spoke with Zach Khan from England - I will shoot him when I comes to LA next month
On Thursday I meet up with Dorian for a workout at Temple gym.
Next week I fly to Norway to shoot Thomas Stellenger, then to Sweden to shoot Martin Kjellstrom.
Remember, I am doing it for you guys so please post your questions, requests on here for me to forward on into my compact brain to digest.

Several of you asked if I could get a shoot lined up with the massve Brit Zach Khan whilst I am here in the UK - I spoke with him yesterday and I can tell you that Kaged Muscle has lined up an interview and a heavy training shoot in LA next month with the 270Ib mass monster. Should be scary!
Even more of you asked if I could track down Leroy - Dorian's famous training partner who can be heard screaming "Lets get nasty" on Yates's Blood and Guts DVD. The good news is that I have tracked the man down and will be interviewing him next week.
Lastly, I went to Temple gym today for a leg workout with Yates (which resulted in a return of my primo pasta) and whilst I was there I could hear echoing screams of encouragment bouncing throughout the freezing dungeon walls. When Dorian told me who the two were, that were screaming in the second room I couldnt believe what I was a witness to.
Lewis (Dorians son) was training like a man possesed under the encouragment of Leroys son - Liam.
To accompany the feature on 'Leroy and Dorian' I will be featuring 'Liam and Lewis' in an upcoming issue of Kaged Muscle. It will be called - Ten Years After
Next week I will be shooting the two training within the cold confounds of Temple to accompany the interview I will conduct.
Lewis admitted to me that he hasnt been very serious about his training until now. He plans to implement a serious nutrition/training stratagy in order to compete at the end of next year. He is sitting at a lean 83kg at present and hope to get up to 90kg very soon before preparing for his first show. Attached are a couple of pics......in the meantime I want you to shoot me with some questions you would like fired at the legendary Leroy

I already told you what needs to be done and what approach you have to take to make your magazine stay afloat.
You need to do what no other magazine is doing. You need to go above and beyond the same ol tired shit.
Tell Zach you want to interview him on wether or not he advocates GROWTH or IGF for off-season vs pre-contest.
Ask him if his muscles helps him get more pu$$y. Ask him if he nickles and dimes gear like the rest of us.

Yeah my muscle do get me attention from women especially in strip clubs they cant get enuff mate.
About slinging gear, nah mate its not worth it.

John Hodgson (who doesnt give out compliments easily) says that he is sure that you could take your mass and symmetry to Ronnie and Cutler if you could ever nail that condition. I hope you take on Yates as your guide right up top the show this time Zach. You are sure one freaky beast. Just shed a few layers of skin and come in peeled and I will also back up Johns claims.

Cool, brother. I cannot SPEAK for the illustrious council known worldwide that controls the Bodybuilding industry known as 'The Squad'...but I am willing to get you have full SQUAD approval and protection.
Thanks for the honesty. Just throwing Mr. Gethin a bone as far as what do the fans REALLY want to know from the pros. Trust me, Zack...aint nobody wants to know what you eat and if you drink protein powder and if you do concetration curls.

HARDCORE!! - When we went for something to eat just after this pic was taken Yates had his head buried in the mag he has now become a part of. I sarcastically remarked that I had taken time out to visit Doz only to be ignored for a bodybuilding rag. He replied "take it as a compliment because it is a rare for me to even read a bodybuilding publication, I normally flick through some of the pictures and thats as far as it goes, this is different, I like it and I want to sign copies of it at the Arnold"
