sounds gross.

And pretty expensive. calculate that and you will find that buying a protein powder is a. cheaper and b. healthier and finally c. has some vitamins in it.

I dunno probs just normal medium eggs?!

Well powder i use and have liked using has 32's protein and 62g's carbs a shake, and it lasts me like 2 weeks. at £25 a tub. Thats £50 a month.
Would this not work out cheaper per month?

I believe in food with the occsional powder and I'm pretty big and lean.  Why don't you scramble the eggs or hard boil them with a tall glass of skim milk.  I don't like soy.

Its actually taken from a nautilus bulletin iv been reading. Pretty interesting stuff. You take three of those shakes a day he suggests.

I eat 5 meals a day, one also has a shake with it aswell as shake after gym+b4 bed.

What??

Ever heard of online shops??

http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product.php?xProd=42&xSec=18 (http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product.php?xProd=42&xSec=18)

10 kilograms of whey protein for £50.
That should be enough for a few month, at it's not some stuff with 60 carbs per serving!!!

If you live in the UK, i advise you NOT to eat any more raw eggs.

Buy the powder, please.  ;D

Sounds like about 35-55 grams depending on several variables.

The real question is can you continue drinking this drink?  It sounds like it tastes like sh*t.  As mentioned above, you can find much better powdered options.

Up to you.....but I would try a mrp or good whey powder if you must use shakes.

good luck
