My main issue here is, that it is a fact that Christians can NEVER accept muhammad as a prophet.

However, I'm pretty confident that if a church leader was asked on a TV interview in britain, whether muhammad was a prophet of god they would most likely give a canned responce, such as: "to the muslims he is a prophet of god".

If you can understand the point I'm trying to make.

Well they have too.  If they were to say he is a prophet it would undermind their religion and power base.  If they say he's not a prophet they would risk politcal damage and possibly have some radical nut job muslim group attack them somehow or threaten to anyway.

So what a church leader says is really meaning less.

Why would a christian consider Muhammed(pbuh) a prophet of God? I dont think they're supposed to, since Jesus(pbuh) is the last messenger they believe in. Though many christians do believe Muhammed was a great man who brought much good to Arabia.

Most 'Christians' don't even know that Islam is a bastard child of Judaism, just like Christianity is.

Course that goes along w/ my Mormon beliefs -- there were prophets all over the place all throughout time, we just don't know about the majority of them. We only know about the ones in the Bible.

Perhaps.

But today, the more apropos term is 'profits'.

Where's the evidence it's the same God? Because that is what is said?

Why not? Because if you are a "Christian" that believes muhammad was a prophet you are a muslims.

Here's why:
God is infallible, the bible becomes null if you believe muhammad the child molester was a prophet chosen by the infallible creator.

I'm talking from a religious perspective. I'm an atheist so, no god created Mr. pig pleasurer osama, he's a result of his enviroment.

Christians of the forum, do you believe your God is the same as the god of the muslims?

If so, how is it possible? How is it possible your god also made a prophet out of muhammad?

How can you not accept muhammad as a prophet, yet think you believe in the SAME god?

Please tell me how this isn't a logical fallacy.

Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. (Bukhari 003.043.656 (http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/fundamentals/hadithsunnah/bukhari/043.sbt.html#003.043.656))

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (peace_be_upon_him). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him. (Abu Dawud 037.4310 (http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/fundamentals/hadithsunnah/abudawud/037.sat.html#037.4310))

So, in islam, jesus will return destroy the symbolism of the cross, and help perish all religions except islam?

Ok folks, you still think you believe in the same "god"?

I'm not discussing ridiculous things like you thinking I'm a Christian fundamentalist.

Do you still stick to the stance that islam is a religion of peace?

Is the god of Christianity the same god as islam? If so, how do you get round the logical fallacy I put forward previously?

He doesnt need you anyway junaid...you're way out of a league for a person who has a rich, popular and God-fearing boyfriend named "Robert Spencer". His literary peices alone leave "Nordic" in an excited state that lead to the release of certain hormones such as Estrogen, hence his nickname "Mr Estrogen". Is this guy ever not cranky?

No, seriously, I'm willing to "debate" some issues again. Today the remaining of my responsibilities for the semester will be taken care of, hopefully. Only then can I get back to chasing after satanists and hate mongers such as yourself.

Why ask such a retarded question? Why would christians accept Muhammad as a prophet? This is like asking if jews accept jesus as the son of god. LOL

It's not relevant who accpets who in these make believe fairy tales. Fact is that all of these so called prophets were a bunch of good for nothing tricksters.
