we all know RUHL has the widest shoulders in the world. we also know hes juiced and full of muscle. however, it seems that most of his width is Natural, coming from his Bone Structure.
my question is, look at pics of ruhl, how wide his clavicles are. if he had never picked up bbing, would he be just a normal guy withfreakishly wide shoulders?
i mean consider this. regardless of the extra width hes packed on his delts, look at his arms; his arms are parallel with each other, yet his hands are barley overlapping!!! that is pure structural width, regardless of drugs. also hos delts are actually Bigger than his Head.
has bing/drugs made RUHL's structure wider, or would he be, even drug free, a weird-looking man with freakishly wide clavicles???

the fact that his clavicles were narrow, gave him the abaility to fill out to such a freaky degree,
check out the pics of fulh before training, he is noway a wide guy.

kinda what im saying, before bbing he looked like a normal-width guy, but now he is unbelieveably wide, how has his bone structure grown?
again thry this: everyone do a quick mm, upper arms parallel to each other, and notice the relative position of your hands.
now consider that ruhl, upper arms parallel, his hands barely overlap

You and me have 3 little bricklayers in side of us who build muscles.... Ruhl has 10 or more of these bastards inside of him and they all work overtime.

There's just no way your shoulder clavicle can grow so much in response to GH. He had to have been growing those shoulders for years! They're exceptionally wide!

im talking about skeletal structure not muscle mass, no matter how much muscle pros pack onto their frames it doesnt make them anywhere near as wide as RUHL.

Your right...there are some pictures of him from when he was 17-18, and you could definately see how wide his shoulders are...it's the first thing I noticed when I saw them...

From what I've seen Ruhl was really wide even 10 years ago when he just started training!
