just in case anyone was paying atttention

but one thing I think would reaggravate the area would be doing chins

Baby that thing. don't want to go back to square 1 thats forsure.

Warm up well then try problem exercises if you want including variations that might lessen the strain. If you try everything and still have problems don't force it, find substitutes. Regardless of the rhetoric, a good pulldown machine and solid form's just as good from my experience.

I pay attention, but not very well.
What happened to your shoulder?
