On a cold rain foggy day in the Windy City, your favorite 'TheBlockHead' on his way to work stopped by his favorite 7-11 to check to see if the new MD is on their shelves and to pick up his 16oz 100% Colombian coffee with 4 'French Vanillas'.
Alas! No MD yet...but I did, however with time to kill pick up the latest MUSCLEMAG INTERNATIONAL. It had to be Dave Hughes on the cover with the title headline 'Blitz your Biceps NOW!'. Wow...I wonder what I can learn from that, I thought to myself. As I hung out in the back corner of the store showcasing a 'gangster lean' I found myself flipping through the magazine and I came across something that caught my eye...
"Kings Royal Rant''. He was basically giving his color commentary about the Mr. Olympia lineup and his thoughts about the Olympia expo. Noticing how his commentary about the Top 15 competitors were ALL cordial and professional. Hahahaha...he must realize he has no right to say a gotdamn word about any of them on that stage, but don't worry...he claims to constantly 'tell the truth, Ruth!'.
He stated that he came across some 'bucktooth jakass holding some pencils and pens in his hands' who yelled out to him as he sat behind the MuscleTech booth...'Hey, King...I'm 240 from getbig!'.
According to The King...that person had no life and was pathetic. As I put the magazine down, paid for my coffee and drove the rest of my journey to work...I had an epiphany: WOW...240 must be really INSIDE this mans mind to the point where he is subconsciously writing about it in a magazine.
I must say...Good work, Rob! You made it in the BIGTIME, again! You're worldwide, brother. Keep the pimp hand STRONG.

It is rumored that 'spotter' has to claim 'Derek Anthony' on his tax returns and had to claim him as a 'dependent' with his Human Resource dept on his W2's.
That's how much he OWNS Derek.
240 is pretty good though...The King can't get him out of his mind. I bet when The King looks up at the clouds...he's sees the cloud formation in the shape of a 2-4-0.

I found it interesting in 'The Royal Rant' that The King was claiming to be 283lbs hard and full at the Olympia and people were 'blown away' at his size and told him how 'pictures serve him no justice'.
Even funnier? he was bragging about how at least 50 fitness/figure girls were propositioning him for no-strings attached sex and bragged about how he turned them ALL down.
Hahahaha...Gayer than TIVOing the 'Mens World Figure Skating Championship' because you're going to be at a Barbara Streisand concert.

The GREAT 240 evolved over time.
Before I started posting on here which was last March. I read daily for months before for entertainment.
I noticed that Rob went from wisecracking OWNING machine causing more meltdowns than the sun to a legit buisnessman keeping the peace.
Maybe its when he realized he was going tohave a baby he started thinking 'long term'. Who knows...
Still... the legend continues.

I am dissappointed in the Blockhead for using french vanilla flavoring, this is not a mans man type of drink. I recommend a nice pure strong double espresso like a real tough guy.
