i have the appearence of a slight "bitch tit" under each nipple i don't believe it to be fat being i am quite lean but i've never done steroids. is gyno possible without steroids?
-
Yes. I've had a mild case of it all my life on one side of my chest. I got it when I was about 17 or 18. The doc said he wouldn't look into removing it unless it continued to ever grow. It hasn't so I'm not worried about it.

Yes it does occur naturally to some individuals.

I had on on my left side only from the age of about 13 or 14 onwards (I didn't start training until I was 16).
As I got bigger, heavier, and added bodyweight over the years, the gyno got bigger too and when I started taking gear in '02 it got worse still. My right side was unaffected throughout this whole time - no idea why.
In January of 06 I had it surgically removed and had 100 grams of hardened tissue taken out. I also had liposuction on the right hand side too just to balance things up a a bit. I've been back to the gym since then (it took two months to heal properly) and I've had no problems.

They are called "breast Buds" at that age - and should go away...

Yes, I was also led to believe the same thing which is false. Once the harder, fibrous tissue forms into a mass or lump then you're stuck with it unless surgery to remove it is performed. According to the man in the know, most men have some form of gyno and suprisingly alot suffer from breast cancer than is ever reported. This is something I was not aware of and why gyno shouldn't be taken lightly at an older age.
