He looks great for his age. Most Auschwitz survivors look alot older.

When are we going to see some monsters in the Mr Getbig? I think Daddywaddy and Alexxx should should go on the gear and come in at 270lbs.

damn, he looks complete.  Tell him to register here and start posting.

I think we learned a lot from the first contest. Next one should be a lot smoother, have a lot more competitors, and maybe try some really creative stuff we weren't able to get to last time.

if he want to post he will i dont think he is a member yet but he does look at the board and is following this thread up to him though if he wishes to become a getbig member

Cool.  I think last time it was something like 100 posts by show day, or be a member for 2 or 3 months?  I don't remember.  Just have him register ASAP so he won't have to worry about it, either way.

Winner this time is gonna get a lot more than just protein.  I'm training max ot, drinking shakes before/during/after workouts, and getting 2 servings of veggies per meal (i NEVER eat veggies).  I'm taking top 3 in this spring's show :)

Dunno.  Hopefully Mindspin will manage that side of it again.  I really liked the way we split it, where I focused solely upon the prizes/website/sponsors, and he handled the judging and poses.
