The guy started out with a fake steroid cycle and got results from the placebo effect.

Then he goes off by using estrogen to develop some gyno.

He then proceeds by continueing his quest to place in a local show by going the natural way without ever thinking of dieting.

Well as natural as you can get by injecting bee pollen into his nipples.
