IMO one of the best bbers, perfect shape, symmerty, vascularity, and muscularity. Something that our current Mr O does not have :-\

Edgar and Mendenhall are the best BB that never made the pros.

Edgar won that show...I don't care what anybody says, Iv'e got the vid...he was better than both the guys who were above him but Duffy had shredded glutes so ::) ::) ::) ::)

If he knew how to work his chest/back/arms/legs harder, he could have won it all with better condition.

Back in the 1990s the nationals were a much tougher field you had a LOT of great guys , his physique would outclass many an amateur today , he looked better lighter in my opinion and would have made a great Pro ! he had an excellent physique.

His tris were  off the meter, bis were good. His problem was conditioning. Titus had bagged on him, one time...the way Titus had put it, Edgar was better at serving food at Dairy Queen than getting into contest shape.

  Edgar fletcher one of the best bodybuilders i ever known... i had one work out with him back the days and it was tough and unforgotten.. he should be a PRO bodybuilder LONG time a go :-\

I agree Sami.  I was at the 93 USA's which he should have won.  He wound up withdrawing after being hospitalized after prejuding. His physique was awesome, his timing was always a little off.
