Title: Aged Beef

Wifey bought me a few steaks amongst other things for christmas....
Got me 2 one pound aged sirloin steaks...aged 45 days...
Best steak I personally ever had.....guess they had aged porterhouse too.
$20.00 a pound.....I imagine this might be what you get at a high end steak house.
Wonder how this would stack up to the KOBE steak .....  ????
Very pricey though !

Hey 88....Hope ya had a good xmas....by the sounds of that 42 inch you did !
If you don't mind a drive to salem new hampshire here is where I got my aged steaks.
They have '45 day aged' sirloin and porterhouse....both are 20 bucks a pound...totally awesome

Thanks bro!!! Same to you! I have wanted lcd for sometime now. Finally got the bad boy! The bravia is one hell of a tv. The wifey spoiled me this year.

I live pretty close to hilltop I will check that out. What makes for the best cuts? Actually, I may check this place out in Salem. I plan to take a drive up to my condo for some snowboarding. My place is in NH so that could work out well.
