Hi
I now do boxing competition
My question is, does diet's similar for someone doing bodybuilding and someone doing any martial art? Is nutrient needs the same?
I want to stay between 158-165 lbs to fight in my division, any advice for that?
Thank everyone :)

Going to probably want to take in more food due to having to lift and train and cardio, etc...

No, not really, when i watch myself on what I eat it's ok. But i'm the kind of guys who can gets 10 pounds in 2 two if I eat junk food. Right now i weight 160 lbs and i tape my bodyfat to 10%
I'm doing only 2 day of lifting, i'm running each morning, and do boxing training 6 days a week. Do that change something in my carbs, proteins and fat ratio? More carbs?
thank you

hard to say. i guess its possible youll lose some weight if you run a lot depending on how long you run or the intensity. but then you might be adding some bodyweight lifting weights (especially if you havent been lifting regularly before) so possibly you could need to eat a little bit more (more calories)
