Hi I was wondering if someone can help me out. Is this hard to accomplish given the following cycle?
Week 1-3 30mg dbol ED / 750mg Sust 250
Week 4 750mg Sust 250
Week 5-7 Clenbuterol / 50mg Winstrol ED / 750mg Sust 250
Week 8-9 50mg Winstrol ED / 750mg Sust 250
Week 10-11 Clenbuterol / 50mg Winstrol ED / 500 mg Test Propionate
Week 12-13 150mg Clomid ED
Week 14-15 100mg Clomid ED
Once again thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide me with in terms of my cycle, the types of cardio or diet I should do.

there are so many factors that influence your results:
genetics
body composition
diet
training
rest
etc
if you are trying to bulk, its damn well hard to bulk without putting on some unwanted fat...you are trying to do what everybody wants to do: gain muscle and nothing else. Is it hard? HELL YES. Its one of the biggest challenges of the sport. Your cycle doesn't look that bad, but you may want to add in some anavar somewhere. AND: stop jacking off so much!!!

Like Johns said, you would be far better off either bulking or dieting down, not both. Even with AAS, trying to do both is very difficult, and for most not worth it. Trying this will most likely produce a wasted cycle IMO.
As for the cycle, I'd run it like this:
BTW, whether you decide to bulk or cut will be determined by your daily calorie intake and cardio regiment.
wk 1-4 dbol 30mg/ed
wk 1-8 sust 750mg/wk
wk 5-12 winny 50mg/ed
wk 9-12 prop 750mg/wk
wk 1-12 clen 40mcg-120mcg/ed (2wks on, 2wks off)
PCT
wk 13 nolva 40mg/ed
wk 14 nolva 30mg/ed
wk 15 nolva 20mg/ed
wk 16 (optional) nolva 20mg/ed
*you should also consider an AI during your cycle, either arimidex or letrozol. Also, consider HCG either during your cycle or as part of a PCT plan.
