I deadlift every week and have felt that my bodyweight is decreasing for some reason and I was in need of a jump start on my deads. I've also heard the overtraining is VERY easily done during pct, so my thinking was to give deads a break for 1 week. Is this a bad idea? Can I still get in a solid mass producing back routine and hold off a weak on heavy deads? I usually do about 6-7 sets including warmups.....should I do a warmup and 1 set of 8 or jsut nix it completely? Or go even higher rep?
Tbar corner rows
high rep dbell rows
lat pulls
pullovers and hypers?

That doesnt sound like a very good mass building routine to me.

it was more intense than when I do deads...tbars rows heavy 4x8 then dbell rows 4x6.........intense..
