Anybody know of any good sites that have videos or pics that can go over different techniques?  I'm not looking to join anything, just a good free website that I might be able to watch from time to time and pick up a couple of things.

Just read about lockflow on another website.  I'm gonna check it out, they also mentioned grappletv.com
