anyone make any fitness resolutions?

I'm starting a four-month programme to get me fit enough to join the military after university. Lots of long runs, interval runs and fartleking, as well as circuit training in the gym.
Not really a bodybuilding resolution, but I've only ever lifted as part of training for boxing, anyway.

Maintain 185 at around 9-10% bf so I will not struggle making weight (170) for this years tournaments.
