This is a GREAT video but so no one gets it confused like some did the first time they posted it the video is not shot at Westside Barbell. It is a group of guys I think in Cali that follow Westside Principles. Like I said it is a GREAT video and it is definately worth a watch.

Yes, that is definitely correct and I forgot to mention. This is definitely not shot at Westside.

Hey Princess, never noticed the palm trees til I looked again. Yep dead give away, dont think I have ever seen any palm trees in Columbus other than at the Zoo :) Still GREAT video, just the opening pic of the plate clanging after he pulls it is cool as Fuck!!!
