mine is so fucked,and has been for so long thats there isnt enough room here to tell :-\

mine is pretty bad I dont sleep at night for some reason. I tend to go to sleep about 3-4am and get up about noon. It really fucks the day up for me but I cant do anything about it.

Mine is always fucked up unless I drink or smoke.

Mine's pretty fucked from years of shift work and working nights.
It's easy to sort out if you really want to. Just avoid stuff like tea/coffee a couple of hours before bed, don't watch tv in bed. Warm bath with some lavender oil. Get up at the same time in the morning and be in bed for 11 each night.

same thing with me but now I go to sleep around 5
always have a puff before sleeping to.
