True he spends 4 billion dollars a year on controlling marijuana and making it a "victimless crime".  When it will only take 2 billion dollars to secure our ports from terrorists. But we are only spending 80 million on port security.

the shit is if we bring our troops home they could be gaurding our ports and borders..i would love to see the print out of what it costs and what they are spending it on..
