I take creatine, glutamine and desssicated liver on workout days.  The rest is daily.

Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Garlic, Emergen-C (during winter months), and whey protein when I am crunched for time and can't cook.

multi vitamin, b,c,e,zinc,triflex,creatine, glutamine, bcaa, fish oil, muscle milk

everything everyday except creatine.

I forgot to include I take 20-50grams of Dextrose & 10-15 grams of BCAA's post workout (4-5 times a week).
