i walk into the gym ready to destroy shoulders and triceps and some 5'10" 155lb. geek is on my bench inclining the 55's, this adjustable bench is the only one in the place with a wide back and thick paddingso i stand directly in back of him like i'm spotting him and stare directly at him in the mirror, he says, "you wanna work in?" and i say that's cool, i'm only going up to the 110's on shoulder presses, i'm feeling kind of weak today, hahahaha, after this he left.

i walked in the gym today after a week layoff from the flu, and there was 3 guys squating, and i asked how many sets do you have and they said 3 you wanna work in... i said sure i guess i could warm up while you guys finish up so i grabbed the bar, and proceeded to do standing military presses.......hahahaha! aw the look on their faces were priceless! then it's like hey "bro" what kinda of protein you taking "bro"! where just getting back in the gym "bro" what you weighing ::)

hahahaha, that reminds me of a long time ago when i was first hitting 315 on squats this monster comes in and said, do you mind if i work in? i said yeah thats fine so this beast takes the weight off and does 5 reps of presses with just a tiny bit of leg kick, unbelievable.

HAHAHA I put my shoulder press up to 290 the other day for 8 reps and this guy comes over midset and asks to work in, so at the end of my set he starts trying to bench it using a 4 inch motion and ends up getting stuck under it, I helped it off him and he ran off red faced out of the gym HAHAHAA

I was waiting for him to finish so I could take the bar back to the preacher bench and he just sat there. i asked if he was done and he was like i got 2 more sets....then he sat there for like 5 more minutes playing with his fucking ipod before he did his next set.
I took the bar after his set and said thanks you greedy fuck.

AHAHHAH!!! Reminds me of a couple weeks back when I went in for a nasty triceps session and I proceed over to the pushdown station to warmup and there's a pack of four 18 yr old whiggers each about 145lbs a piece snarling and yelling as they smash their way through sets of 80lb pushdowns. They were covering all the stations and saw me and said, "big man, wanna jump in?" I said sure and proceeded to warmup with 2/3 the stack for sets of 25......midway through my 2nd set of warmups they all collectively decided it was time to growl and hiss at the Cybex extension machine for grueling sets of 50lbs.......always makes me laugh when egos get bruised and members bale all around you in fear.

Today I owned everybody in the biggest gym in Canada. I went to progym and was using twice the weight everyone else was doing for chests but I did it for arms!

Some people have no clue how a gym works. You don't fucking sit there resting on equipment for 5 minutes resting between sets. I have had lots of times over the years where my temper kicked in because of people like this and I said how I felt and they ran to the management.

Like I said there was at least 110 people. They have 12 000 members! I no it cannot compete with the american gyms nor do I think it is the place to train. I was not impressed with it.
