Und du schpinst wohl!  >:( >:( >:(

Getting back to green tea, a Chinese friend told me the brewing of it is just as important as buying it, and have found it to be very true. (apparently the best places to get fresh tea are in Chinatown or Japanese specialty shops where there is a big turnover.)

No prob.  :)  I never bothered getting one of those Japanese teapots though.  A normal one with a strainer works just as well. ps.  If you haven't tried it, Jasmine green tea is yummy!
