substitute white rice for the oatmeal and add a couple bananas instead of the fruit.

 ;D haha I am owned 8) But yes, bananas for potassium is key to keep your muscle cells from hyperpolarizing.

Also, I've always had better workouts with white rice compared to oatmeal as I believe the carb gets in my bloodstream faster, and in greater amounts.

Tuna, Oatmeal, Water.  I have stuck with this and love it.  It digests great - no burping or indigestion ever.
