Today I went to train at the biggest gym in Canada and I thought I would find inspiration there. Instead I think all the village people train there. All these 170 pound monsters are doing arms following me around the gym to stare at the alpha male(me). Anyone train there?
I can honestly say I am the strongest guy in any gym I enter! 8)

Nah I went to check it out and was not impressed. I found the section where all the chicks hide (abs) but I was already on my way out and there where maybe 10 girls and 100+ men. I am happy I have an awesome gym right beside my house with no distrations.

I doubt anyone trains hard there. Not in that atmosphere! There was a black girl that train harder then all the men!

OK you are from Montreal, I been to Monster Gym and thought it was alright. How would you rate Pro Gym to that place equipmentwise?

It has all the equipment but the dumbells only go up to 100 so you should be alright. ;)

Cool, I might be up before june, but will definately be there for the grand prix. What lifts do you consider your best, I'll let you pick the bodyparts. LOL

Hmmm will will see what day it is. I am evenly strong on all of the lifts like Ronnie Coleman. ;D So just hit me a pm around that time.

Seriously what gym are up there besides monster and pro? I dont care about the people who workout there only the equipment.

There is this awesome gym here where I train it is called power gym and their is all the equipment you need.

i really don't like that place, it's big, but not the biggest one, like i said before, 14 inchs arms in love with the mirror...........

i pass right in front 2-3 times a week, the video store is almost bigger lol, never saw a big dude there!, well maybe once... and one corner before the gym you have PLANET DU MUSCLE selling supps, the guy's a real jerk (paki) with 3 shirts one on top of each others to make him look bigger, fat in reality, with overprice items......

lol that is where I used to buy all my sups cause he is a friend of a friend and I thought I was getting a good deal. The guy is sorta cool but is working you hard!

well, if you want good price alexxx go at muscle depot on jean talon corner lacordaire, the guys name is danny, he used to be canadian champion in arm wrestling....
when the guy gets to know you, he makes really good price.

I OWNED some 140lb geek at the gym today.
He was doing brutal inclines with the 45s.
I just grabbed them off him and smashed his skull in with them!!
