personally, I think he had a better physique as an amateur. more definition, tiny waist. now he's just mass

He siad he was about 5'4 in Flex (or was it MD). And he was listed as 5'5 before. A two to 3 inch difference. Like Shawn saying he was 5'7 1/2. But richard Jones is taller than him , and Rich is 5'7. Chris Cormier got into an argument with Shawn and said that he was 5'6.

big,good wide delt's,need's bigger pec's to balance arm's and delt's,overall good build,leg's are thick.

like, 15 pounds heavier I would say ( 15 pounds of muscle is enormous )

Why is he curling more than he's incline pressing?

He's about 5'5 in the morning. He's made some outstanding improvements since moving to the US but they hurt his symmetry. Looked better a coupla years back.. Needs to absolutley nail the conditioning to place well.. if he's slightly off, he won't even place

no actually thats a good weight for those incline front raises...you can not cheat at all so its all shoulder strength. a very hard but great varition.

Well - AGAIN you guys look at the wrong things...
You can't take a photo and consider that person does certain weight in certain exercise always "conventional way"...
While that weight is certainly "brutal ::)" if done as the sole exercise in normal fashion...it is completely different thing if that exercise is 4-5th in a sequence of exercises in let's say - a giant set...
Or if it's done differently (like super slow...partial...rest-pause...as a drop set...or ascending set...)
Hide and I just finished another DELT TRAINING -and this time emphasis was on side delts (last time REAR DELTS and time before that FRONT DELTS)...
So today we did:
SEATED D-BELL SIDE LATERALS
25, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85 X 10 reps
+
85, 95 X 10 reps (seated - single arm - with forced reps)
STANDING LOW PULLEY CABLE SIDE LATERALS
40, 50, 60 X 10 reps (my low pulley machine is HEAVY - so this much weight is REALLY HARD TO MOVE)
+
70, 80 X 10 reps (single arm - with force reps)
3 GIANT SETS (as strict as possible):
Low pulley cable side laterals 50 lbs X 10 reps
+
Standing D-bell side laterals 40 lbs X 10 reps
+
Low Pulley cable laterals 30 lbs X 10 reps
+
Standing D-bell side laterals 25 lbs X 10 reps
+
Seated D-bell side laterals 15 lbs X 10 reps
Than we went to REAR and FRONT delts...
This is an example to consider that if you see Hide doing side laterals with 15 pound d-bells - it doesn't really mean that he is a "brutal 4'10" Asian Midget with no power"...Indeed he is 4'10 and a half" Asian Energizer Bunny Monster that never stops...
OK - he doesn't come on this board so I can call him 4' tall (almost 5 ;D...)

true a bunch of giant sets...that maybe fools alot of people and makes the workout look cool and brutal. but lactic acid brutal is not always best. would be better to do heavy shoulder presses not to failure for lots of sets instead...loading would be way superior and cns fatigue wouldnt be as big.

When i was young, i thought like you sarcasm.
But, i saw many cases of Milos way also,and inexpectedly,some of them were really big.
Thats the reason why i reach the conclusion that mind is everything.
I mean if you are convinced of what you do,you will grow even if you do push up instead of bench press.
Rickson Gracie built his mass with push up imaging that he has weight on his back.
Thats really amazing.
Plus,pros have their experience and they already have walked the road where you are walking now.
Just they are not stupid.

this asian's biggest problem is his lack of separation, he has none whatsoever. lots of great short bodybuilders, but if you're a midget you had better be a complete midget or you're screwed
