Title: Mike Morris - strength mutant?
Post by: Scimowser on December 31, 2006, 09:05:54 AM
i remember an article about him a few years back saying he could squat 855, calf raise with over 1000lb for reps, BNP 425 and incline 500 for reps but to name a few

what do you think? I know hes retires now, but he was a pretty big guy. I would doubt some of those numbers but who knows?

I saw him incline press 405 for 10 reps AFTER doing flat db presses of 170 lbs for 10 reps easy

he was a beast

good thing he realized it was time to quit before he went the route of TP

yeah, but at least morris knew to quit rather than attempt to continue (like TP trying for the IM that one year- 2004?)

giving him the benefit of the doubt by way of partial reps possibly in a smith machine, it's not impossible. but free weight with "good form"? hell no. not possible.
