I know this is a bizare subject but I would like to hear your opinions of ways you can lengthen your insertion points.
For instance I read in Arnold's encyclopedia that if you twist your arms after alternate dumbell curls it helps them get longer.
Please do not post that it is imposible. Post what you have heard how ever wacky it may sound.

if you want a big muscle belly, start doing 20 ius of growth a day.

Maybe bar twists would somehow help muscle fibers in your lower back to get longer.. then again probably not. <-- stuff like this ;D

I think your attachments/bellys are genetic alex, one of the reasons kamali has no biceps, and pussy trainer like dillet could get 23 inch cannos curling 40 pound dumbells.

It is impossible without surgery. You cannot alter where your muscles originate and insert with any form of training. It just is what it is.

I am happy with my insertions I just think you can make them look longer.

I am so sick of seeing newbies thinking they have to "supinating" their wrists at the top of a curl. Unless you have some serious muscle there it is not point. It is like the oldest myth in bodybuilding.
