Ok so maybe it's about 150 grams but total calorie count must be around 2000! Still haven't gone to the bathroom so I am probably going to get that much new muscle for the new year! Thank you Jesus!

Eating a 24 ounce steak isnt that hard. That alone would yield 150 grams of protein. If you throw in 2 large baked potatos, that would add another 15 grams of protein. Wash it all down with a quart of milk and you would be at the 200 gram barrier.
Anyway, take lots of bromelain and enterically coated serrapeptase (enzymes) if you have large protein meals like that again Alex. Some lipase would help break down the fats too.

Oh that was just a new years eve meal at church! I usually get about 40 grams a meal.

Sit down to a 1lb. burger at Fuddruckers. I've done two in a sitting, on multiple occasions.
I went to the site, but they don't have a nutritional profile.
Go to KFC, have 18 Colonel Strips, and that's around 160g protein, 65g Fat, and 65g carbs I think. All in all, I remember it being around 2400 calories. I use to do this 4x a week, after each workout.

Even if you could, so what?
That isn't going to all get turned into muscle. The body will use only what it needs for muscle repair (determined by how much the muscle is damaged from training and hormone levels), and the rest will be turned into glucose through glucogenesis. You might as well have just eaten the excess as carbs to begin with... a lot cheaper and a lot less stress on your system for the same end result. People like Doggcrap are idiots who don't understand this basic science. (And they wonder why they get fat from eating all that excess protein. ::))

Are u serious, 24 ounce steak is 150 g protein? Wow ??? I don't agree w/ that high of a protein intake at one sitting. I try to get 50 g per meal. 150 g of protein(consistantly per meal) puts unneeded "stress" on ur organs, right?
