I am looking for an easy snack food that tastes good, and is good for me, as its hard to keep to a 6 meals a day routine.
Yesterday I was at Sams, and bought a big can of Honey Roasted Peanuts for under $5. They taste great, The can breaks down as follows.
Serving size 1oz ( 28g / about 39 pieces)

Honey roasted peanuts are one of my favorite snacks. They're good for you, but if you have a slow metabolism go easy on your serving sizes.

no, they are not "good" for you, nothing special about them. also its about the big picture.

Always a good idea but probably not the best type of peanuts for you to be eating.

Almonds are best for bbing from what I know (and use). That is the only type of nut I eat when dieting.

walnuts are just as good if not bttr than almonds more complete efa profile but I enjoy em all....

Aprrox? 20-22 almonds in a serving? 16g of fat?
