Post by: darksol on January 01, 2007, 08:49:24 PM
I am looking for an easy snack food that tastes good, and is good for me, as its hard to keep to a 6 meals a day routine.
Yesterday I was at Sams, and bought a big can of Honey Roasted Peanuts for under $5.  They taste great, The can breaks down as follows.
Serving size 1oz ( 28g / about 39 pieces)
Servings per container 52

Total fat 13g
   Saturated 2g

   Poly 4g
   Mono 6g
Cholesterol 0g
Sodium 110mg
Potassium 180mg
Total Carbs 7g
    Dietary Fiber 2g
    Sugars 4g

Honey roasted peanuts are one of my favorite snacks. They're good for you, but if you have a slow metabolism go easy on your serving sizes.

Always a good idea but probably not the best type of peanuts for you to be eating.
