I don't know why you'd want to copy Ronnie's form anyway? Yeah, it may work for Ronnie but how many people can say that they are Ronnie Coleman? He isn't exactly the exemplar of good form.

YES, Ronnie is MUCH bigger and stronger than me.  I am under no delusion to that fact.

I'm NOT comparing how I look or how strong I am.  I am ONLY comparing form on the movement in question.  I brought it up because when Ronnie is rowing 11 plates no one says his form sucks they only speak of how strong he is etc.

Trust me, I am under no delusion I look even 1/2 as big as Ronnie.

the one right before ronnie (about 0:42) deadlifting? benni magnusson, a 21 or 22 year old icelandic goliath that briefly held the world record deadlift at 970.

Who is the jackass?  That is Ronnie doing bent-over rows not t-bar rows... ::)

The ninja guy is Benedikt Magnusson (sp?) who is one of the best deadlifters in the world.  He has done right at 970 lbs as I recall.

T bar rows are much easier for me than barbell rows. I can use more weight on the T.  I've done 7 plates for 3 if i remember right, but 250 for 6 or so was my best on barbell.

Rack deadlifts are a legitimate form of training for strength.

I just read through this whole thread and watched ur vid.  Impressive lift.  Also, legs are good too.  Not sure why you put up with all the abuse here but thx for contributing.

Funny that all the guys here slam you and Rhino, yet most of them could maybe do ONE plate on a tbar row?  ::) ;D

Keep up the good work.  Also, didn't know u were in the supp biz.  I'll check out atlargenutrition.com next time around.
