I've been curious about Gaspari Nutrition's wares. I got a bottle of SIZE-ON from a clearance sale at Vitamin World (50% off everything in the store; just about everything's gone, except a few small jugs of Vitamin World's protein powder, its multivitamins, and the other stuff (shark cartilage, wheat grass, eye-of-newt, etc.).
The instructions say to drink a serving during a workout on training days and to take it immediately before bed, to "optimize" results.
For those who've used this products, do you take it once a day (before bed on non-training days, and during workouts on training days). Or do you use it twice on workout days and once on non-workout days?

"Optimize" means go through the product faster and therefore have to spend more money on said product.

I'm using the fruit punch now, along with superpump 250 preworkout. (vit. shoppe gift cards for Christmas and such)its expensive but its quickly become my favorite creatine with Kre-alkyln being a distant second. Monohydrate never did a thing for me...

I'm using the Lemon Ice flavor. It tastes fairly good, although it's gritty. Imagine someone putting a bomb in a lemon meringue pie and consuming the leftovers.
