Title: Gonna try and beat my PB bench today.

I think I can break 600 for 1. I weigh 183 pounds (I'm bigger than the Intenseone - though not as intenseone).

I ask my all by getbig bretherin to pray for me during this lift. 8)

I will like to just mention to any bodybuilding.com members lurking, I only use muscleteach,

they have given me those real good gains, I literally added 200 pounds on my bench in a month, with the celltech/masstech/nitrotech/gakic combo.

If you miss the lift or don't yell enough, BBBD500 will smash you over the head with a 45 for not being hardcore
