if you eat 500g of protien a day while on the roids does that mean you gain 500g of muscle. i tried lookin over the net and couldnt find an answer to that.

500g per day would equal 1.102311 lbs of muscle per day, muscle not weight. If this were possible do you realize how large the every day gym rat/gear head would be? Over 7lbs per wk and over 123lbs on a 16wk cycle...that means you could go from 200lb to 323lbs in 16wk and be solid muscle.

yes the answer to your question is 100% true. eat a can of tuna while on juice and your arms will grow 3+ inches before your eyes! trust me man, these guys saying its false are wrong. ;)

You have to keep in mind your body does not simply break down food to soley build muscle, and even if it did, your body makes myostatin, which limits muscle growth, so no you do not gain muscle on a 1:1 ratio with the protein you eat. I'm surprised someone on here asked if protein is important, good lord man how can you know so little? Protein is greek, Pro=most, Tein=important, or Most Important.
