My girlfriend just started hittin the weights, I made her a protien shake when we got back from the gym (some muscle milk I had from a few months ago) I take ON weight gainer myself, anyway she was farting up a stom all night and never wants to drink a protien shake again.....any sugestions......maybe some others that are easy on the stomach? Just wondering...

Why are you giving her muscle milk? I could be wrong but doesn't that have a lot of fat & non whey protein? Why not give her something a little easier to digest post workout (i.e. whey protein)? You also might have gave her too much protein for her size.

MUSCLE MILK IS GARBAGE..IT MADE ME S**T MY BRAINS OUT FOR TWO DAYS STRAIGHT...THROW IT IN THE TRASH.

Just eat eggwhites, and chicken breast. It's better for ya anyway. Try a soy protein mix.

same thing happens to me to dude with any protein powder , think its lactose intollerence or something , even tho they claim 'low lactose' etc ,or maybe its the coco etc
anyways yeah like someone said , chicken , eggs , beef , fish :)

Some folks are just like that, with the farting and all. I would suggest soy protein, although its not as effective for muscle building as dairy it is healthier for women I've read. I dont remember the reasons though.

Get some digestive enzymes. When I first started lifting back in high school, I used to chug one of those blue thunder drinks by ABB after lifting. The first time I did that I spent the night on the toilet. I figured out the trick was to take three digestive enzymes with my protien drink, and my body could handle it like a champ( no problems with gas or anything)

i still have quite a bit of whey left over , any good kind to get or cheap etc as thats just adding more money to the cost of bbing :o

usually they are pretty cheap. I couldn't find the one I take for sale anywhere, but GNC seems to have kept the packaging changed the name to Betaine Hydrochloride
