ive done six 45's a side for shoulder press on some of those plate loaded shitz. dont be fooled i can only do 4 45's on regular hammer strength shoulder presses for about 5-6 but did 8 reps with six wheels a side on those pieces of shit. they make the weight way way lighter. i would say his bench is around 400 or so but nothing spectacular.

my gym (NYSC) has a cybex plate press machine....4 plates for a couple of rep is no big deal

sarc, trust me it doesn't correlate to the bench press

I use this machine its a lot easier than normal benches. I'd say the difference in weight would be around 20-30kgs...

Just look that machine, how the joint placed. With this machine there is some leverage on the other side of the joint (where that other dude is helping when guy takes weight up for start) but that doesn't mean much, few pounds. In a shoulder press it may have bigger part regarding how weight is placed compared to the joint.
