Title: Should Ron Flag Dupicate IP addresses? No Gimmicks!

Flag duplicate IP addresses so only one account can be used from each IP, unless it is verified and labled as 2 names from same i.p...  No more gimmics.

For instance Chainsaw1 would be me.
and Chainsaw2 for another household member.

NO more gimmicks.

Also, anyone who would use another I.P address for a gimmick account, should get a job, you have 2 much time on you're hands.
