Title: pics of Kjellstrom and Stellender preparing for the Ironman
Post by: Mr Gethin on January 06, 2007, 08:51:36 AM: Here are some pics I shot on thursday whilst I was in Sweden interviewing Martin Kjellstrom and Thomas Stellender..

Martin is going to compete in the Ironman and hopefully in Tony Dohertys Aussie GP. The guy is a beast and is currently 310Ibs.

Stellender is focusing later in the year on Montreal following a tricep tear he endured 4 months ago. This was his first arm workout since.

Jag hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i goteborg och gloggen( svenka juldrickan) gjorde det annu battre.
Besviken over att det inte var sa manga langa blonda svenskar dar som jag trodde.

Hahahahaha Blew-two has put on lots of mass since the last time I saw him. I guess the 'Core secrets' workouts he does on the Swiss ball complimented by a strict nutrition regime that consists entirely of drinking 'protein' off some guy's 'tap' does work miracles for some.

Post by: Van_Bilderass on January 06, 2007, 01:11:00 PM: Martin was ripped as hell when he won his card. I think he needs to come in in this type of shape if he hopes to make a dent. Most new pros think they need to put on a lot of mass and they often sacrifice conditioning to do so.
