I just got a new ipod and need some good music to put on it for the gym. Any suggestions?

I have everything from "Bach" to Metal 8) 8) I like variety. But Rap/Hip-hop mixes get the most play

Try Stuck Mojo's new album...download it free on thier website song by song. Really good stuff. Hardcore Pro-America and Rage Against the Machine-ish sound.

I don't listen to the ipod in the gym, but I get a bit more phyched when there's a rap song playing in the gym's speaker. It depends on what you like, really.
