I read the article too and I think it was cortisone he said he was injecting which is technically a steroid but not one for mass building. Its for inflammation.

When I visited Baltimore/D.C. last week I didn't see any bodybuilders at all.
When I went to Ocean City, MD, most of the people were out of shape and just really had no semblance of health whatsoever.
It's no shock that an average guy like 50 Cent seems huge to the general public when the general public is in ever worse shape.
