I was wondering if there is a difference between cooking the egg whites or simply drinking them right out of the carton? I wanted to know if the body digests them differently?
thanks

On the digestion issue, do a search, I'm pretty sure this has been discussed more than once in the last few months. That aside, uncooked egg whites sound pretty disgusting. Instead, try scrambling them up with some wild salmon. Add a whole wheat tortilla (tobasco optional) and you have a pretty potent breakfast buritto.

I get the egg whites from bob chic. you can cook or drink, no taste when you drink, not lumpy or slimey. much better than beaters.

Maybe they don't have them in New Zealand. Commercially available egg whites, sometimes with flavors added (cheese and chive, garden vegetable).
Not the most cost effective product out there, by the way.

No risks, they're pasteurized, you can drink them if you want but cooking is so much better. As far as being a tad behind, at least you live in a beautiful country, at least from what I've heard.
