the only form i see ron doing that is acceptable is for quads, other then that he needs to lighten up the loads and actually do a full rep. the shoulder presses are the worst by far, and its not even heavy.

checked a few clips of this guy..only movement he does well is the smith machine squats...rest of the exercises he is doing half reps...this guy would improve his upper body if he started doing full reps and stoped doing the ego lifting.......

stick to 100lbs in incline press and do strict and controlled movement
stick to 185lbs in the shoulder press

90% of all the clips of people lifting on youtube is ego lifting.

it isn't 415... smith machine bars are counter weighted to 15 lbs... 

depends on the machine..some lighter some are heavier..not that it matters ...all that is important is that you know how much weight you have on each side and keep track of that.
