along with a blender, indoor grill, and rice cooker, I think that a slow cooker should be part of every bodybuilders kitchen.

Slow cookers are perfect for Kidney beans and Black beans. Before I go to bed I put kidney beans into my slow cooker and they are ready as soon as I wake up.

Beef or Chicken with brown rice and kidney beans is perfect.

stew beef (brown first, keep juices for pot)
tomato sauce
red kidney beans
some spices

cook overnight on low.

you'll have a great low fat and good for chili.  The meat melts in your mouth

Frozen Chicken Breast
Cream of Mushroom Soup

I think I can do something with that shit right?

To that add:
1/4 cup of water
1 packet of dry itailian dressing seasoning

and if you want a creamier sauce add in 8 oz. of low fat/fat free cream cheese.

You can cut the machismo on cooking threads, but you'll need a 9" grinder.  Cooking and eating good food is one of life's great joys, and don't gimmie any of that metrasexual shit.  Everyone should learn to cook, whether in a crock pot or not - get a book or google it up and find the time.

The best stew I ever had was mixed game in a restaurant in Boston, heavy on the pork.  It wasn't the pot or the meat that made it good, it was the balance - not too greasy but rich, not too spiced but flavorsome, not too dense but hearty.

Also, women love a man who can cook.  Get with the program boys.  You'll get more lovin' and she'll do the dishes.

Don't waste your money on expensive red meat, buy the cheap stuff (like roasts, or stew meat) because it will be tender as hell anyway when it's cooked in a crock pot. I throw in a big slab of meat, carrots, potato's, and seasoning. A few hours later, I got a damn good meal that lasts for days.
