So after being lazy during Christmas, I made my way back into the gym today to start bringing the weights up and trying to add mass. I started with deadlifts. I didn't go heavy because my knee bothered my from yesterday's workout so I stayed at 315 for reps. Automatically I got looks from this group of four "bros" (not black BTW, white dude acting hard) and they were looking at me from then on because they were hitting back as well. After deads I hit power cleans and from then on these guys followed me working on machines near and making loud noises and then looking at me. The noise would catch my attention and I'd look and laugh. I repped the stack at pulley rows with no noise and these jokers tried doing the same after I left. It was quite funny. I then went over to finish with hyperextensions, which is near the power rack, and these guys came over and did their 135 barbell rows and 135 barbell shrugs staring at me during the set. It was quite funny to me. Where do these kids come from?

It was a wierd workout. There are alot of mirrors at my gym so it's easy to see what's going on. The only normal thing about this workout was a cute blonde checking me out in between deadlift and power clean sets.

Yep, and there appears to be more of them out since New Year's... well-intentioned people with no clue what they're supposed to be doing. I can't wait for them to give up sometime around mid-February and go back to their former couch potato ways.

Never said my weights were massive but they were idiots. Check my original post. These guys were wearing the same shirts that DJ wears in the gym and weight about a buck 60. That is an idiot to me. I wear cutoff shirts, but nothing like that.
